Information for our international clients
Shipping and import fees

All orders shipped from France to international are invoiced excluding tax (HT).
Upon arrival, the packages are subject to customs control.

The recipient may be required to pay:

• local or federal taxes,
• potential customs duties,
• as well as carrier processing fees.

These amounts are not included in the price displayed on our website.

Customer responsibility

We invite all international customers to check import fees before finalizing their order.
We cannot be held responsible for these costs.
In case of refusal to pay import taxes or duties, no refund will be given.

Returns due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect.

If a package is returned to us for one of the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete address,
• refusal to pay import taxes or duties,
• failure to withdraw within the allotted time

then the package will be returned to our warehouse, incurring shipping and handling charges.

If the documents provided (carrier communications, package tracking, package status) show that the problem originates with the customer, the refund will be issued after deduction of:

• an administrative withholding of 5% of the total order amount,
• initial shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
