1. Standard time limit

The shipping time is generally 2 working days in France, from receipt of payment for the order.

2. Exceptions

This period may be extended by several working days in the following cases:

• activity peaks;

• holiday or vacation periods;

• any other legitimate reason beyond the control of the seller.

3. Orders placed at the end of the week

Orders placed from Friday 11am (inclusive) are generally shipped the following Monday .

4. Bulky products

Orders including large products may require additional shipping time.

5. International Orders

Orders shipped internationally and requiring special customs formalities may result in longer shipping times.

The seller undertakes to make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, within the constraints mentioned above.
