Balystik strengthens its presence in the HPA world and introduces its new range of high-pressure bottles. This model is made from aluminum with a steel base. It features a highly reliable and advantageous air system, delivered with a high-pressure regulator set at 800 psi. With a demanding specification, this bottle offers the rigor expected from a reliable, high-performance, and secure product. The bottle has a capacity of 0.8 liters (48ci) and a maximum pressure of 3000psi (200 bars).

HPA Tank Safety Rules & Guidelines
✅ Always Do:

Protect the tank's threads and interior from oil, dirt, or other contaminants.

Check that your tank hasn’t exceeded its retest date. Hydrostatic tests must be done:

Aluminum tanks: every 10 years.

Composite tanks: every 5 years (max lifespan: 15 years from the first test).

Keep the outside of the tank clean using only mild detergent. Make sure it’s completely dry after cleaning.

Store the tank in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place.

Service the tank only by a qualified professional.

Inspect all accessories and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.

Have the tank checked or hydrotested if you notice signs of corrosion, dents, holes, heat damage, or impact damage.

Check for leaks before every use. If you detect a leak, do not fill the tank.

Verify that the working pressure (PW) is marked on the tank and never exceed it during filling.

Fill the tank at a rate of less than 40 bars (600 psi) per minute up to its working pressure.

Do not modify or cover the markings on the tank.

Do not drop, hit, roll, or expose the tank to impacts.

Do not expose the tank to excessive heat (over 50°C).

Do not attempt to modify the threads or force a valve inside the tank.

Do not remove metal from the tank, as it weakens its structure.

Do not drill holes or modify the tank for extra gauges or fill ports.

Do not repaint the tank with high-temperature baked paints. Only use air-dry paints. Avoid harsh strippers or corrosive cleaners.

Do not use the tank for anything other than its intended purpose.

Do not overfill the tank beyond its rated capacity—this is dangerous.

Do not use or fill a leaking or damaged tank. Have it inspected by a certified specialist.

Do not fill a tank that is past its inspection or retest date.

Do not modify the tank or add unauthorized accessories—this is illegal and dangerous.

Do not fill the tank with CO₂—this is extremely hazardous.
